This site has been designed to: Allow Mapping Leads, Provider Mapping Leads and their delegates to enter mental health service details as part of the annual working age adult and older adult mental health service mapping. Provide a range of public reports containing the data entered. Mental Health Strategies (MHS) has been commissioned by the Department of Health and CSIP to carry out this exercise. The timescales for the current service mapping exercise are: Mid Jan - Jan 23 2009 - Data collection begins Mid Jan - Jan 30 - New services to be added, non existent services deleted Mid Jan - Mar 31 - Delegation and updating of services ** 31st March Census data (snapshot of services) ** April 1 - 17 - Provider Mapping Leads check and sign off all their data April 20 - 30 - LIT Mapping Leads check and sign off all their data ** Data editing via the website ends ** May 1 - 12 - NHS Provider Chief Execs check and sign off the DH/HCC Report May 13 - 22 - Regional (SHA) Leads check and sign off DH/HCC Report Apr 30 - May 26 - High level data validation carried out by Mental Health Strategies All timescales are subject to change by the Department of Health.
