This registration page is for service mapping leads, provider mapping leads and SHA Leads involved in the Mental Health Service Mapping 2009. If you are a mapping contact, provider contact, provider chief executive or delegate please do not register. There is no need to register if you would just like to view previous year’s reports. To register please enter your details on this page. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. Please note that outside of the data collection period the service mapping helpdesk is run by the NMHDU rather than Mental Health Strategies. Your Details Organisation You Are Providing Data For* Step 1: Select Organisation Type LIT Provider Trust SHA Step 2: Read Organisation Type Description As a LIT Mapping Lead you have overall responsibility for data entered about mental health services that are provided to your LIT or physically located in your LIT. For services physically located in your LIT that are provided by non-major NHS Mental Health Trust Providers i.e. Local Authorities, Private, Voluntary and PCT Providers: 1. You will oversee the updating and signing off of services 2. You will assign and apportion services out to other LITs if the service is provided to LITs other than your own. For services provided to your LIT by a) major NHS Mental Health Trust Providers b) services that are not physically located in your LIT: 1. You will check that the data is correct and liaise with the relevant Provider Mapping Leads and LIT Mapping Leads as necessary.
